Acupuncture is covered by many insurance companies, and Dr. Chad is an in-network provider with many companies. We are happy to bill insurance for you if you have acupuncture benefits.

We do not accept insurance for you for appointments with Melissa Bachman, ND, APRN and payment is due in full at time of service. If you have insurance, upon completion of your visit, we are happy to provide you with a super bill upon request with instructions on how to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We are not able to provide superbills to Medicare patients as we have opted out of Medicare.
